Carton dimensions, volume and gross weight per HJF-PW-2026-001 (measured and confirmed by HJF Metal, 2026-09-30). Slat counts are given per size — some series use a higher slat count on the wider sizes. Weights are gross, including packaging. Bed frame outer dimensions follow the drawing confirmed by both parties. Prices are not published — request a quote.
A 40 mm carton that stacks 67 high
The slat base ships without a bed frame, in a carton only 40 mm deep. That depth is what makes the freight work. The container stacks 67 cartons vertically, so a 40HQ takes about 380 sets at 1800×2000, against 295 for a complete frame of the same mattress size.
The 1810 × 2010 mm footprint sits inside the 2352 mm container width with room to spare, and the 36 slats at 52 mm spacing travel flat in the pack with no protruding hardware.
Bases are often sourced apart from frames. A full container of 1800 bases keeps around 380 sets in flat cartons, enough to supply a multi-site order without moving a single frame.
Gross weight is 24.52 kg, packed volume 0.15 m³. The frame section is thin at 30 mm, which is what keeps the assembled base low and the carton shallow.
