FAQ
The questions buyers ask first.
Commercial terms first — MOQ, samples, lead times, payment and shipping. Then the product specifics: slat configuration and container loading. Anything not covered here, ask and you will get a straight answer.
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model and size. Sizes and models can be mixed within one container — send us your target mix and we will confirm the most efficient combination. Trial orders in smaller quantities can be arranged on request.
Yes. Samples are available for all standard specs. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 days, and the sample cost is credited against your first production order.
Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit and drawing sign-off, depending on quantity and finish. Peak-season and custom orders may take 30–45 days — we confirm the current schedule when you enquire.
Both. We build to your drawing (OEM) or develop a frame to your brief (ODM). Size, structure, slat count, finish colour, carton print and branding are all configurable.
Flat-pack corrugated cartons, sized to the measured dimensions published for each spec. Knock-down series ship as flat components; packed volume runs from 0.06 m³ to 0.20 m³ per set depending on the series. Custom carton print and barcodes available.
Incoming checks on tube gauge and coating thickness, in-line weld and dimension checks, and function cycling before packing. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance before shipment on first orders. For repeat customers we can arrange 70% against copy of bill of lading. L/C at sight is available for qualified buyers and larger contracts.
EXW, FOB Shenzhen and CIF. Inland haulage to port can be arranged.
Frames carry a 2-year warranty against structural and workmanship defects, with 1 year on moving parts. Wear parts such as slats, bolts and light strips can be ordered separately and shipped with your next order.
We hold ISO 9001 (certificate 19821QJ2834R1S) and an SGS EN 1129 structural test report (XMHL2005002469FT). Copies of both, along with our patent and software copyright documentation, are available on request. Product testing to a specific market standard can be arranged and quoted separately.
It depends on the series and, on some series, on the width. JL: 16 slats up to 1350 mm, 32 slats from 1500 mm, 25 mm gap. L: the same 16 / 32 split, 25 mm gap. JY: 12 slats up to 1350 mm, 24 slats from 1500 mm. CZ1: 12 slats, 50 mm gap. CZ2: 13 slats, 50 mm gap. Slat base: 36 slats, 8.5 mm thick × 53 mm wide, 52 mm gap. Bed height is 250 mm on JL, L, CZ1 and CZ2, and 260 mm on JY; the slat base is a 30 mm low-profile frame. Every count is listed against its size in the specification table on each product page.
Loading is worked out from the measured carton volume published for each spec. At 1800×2000 a 40HQ takes roughly 870 sets of CZ1 or CZ2, 380 slat bases, 320 of the L floating frame and 295 of JL or JY. Send us the sizes you want to mix and we will send the loading plan back with the quotation.
Tell us the spec. We will send the numbers.
Send a model, a size and a quantity, or just a drawing. You will get carton dimensions, packed volume, gross weight and a lead time.
