Hospitality

Bed frames for hotel and hospitality projects.

Contract buyers rarely choose a frame on looks alone. They choose one that stays quiet, can be cleaned under, and arrives when the fit-out programme says it should.

What contract buyers check

Noise

A frame that creaks becomes a guest complaint and a maintenance ticket. Our bases are bolted steel, not stapled timber.

Cleaning underneath

A concealed-leg floating base leaves the floor clear, so housekeeping does not have to move the bed to mop.

First room, two-hundredth room

Standard specifications mean a repeat order matches the first delivery, not a near-miss of it.

Delivery to programme

25–35 days from deposit suits most fit-out schedules; tell us your installation window and we plan to it.

Repair, not replace

Slats and fittings are replaceable parts — a damaged slat does not mean writing off the frame.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The CZ1 and CZ2 knock-down frames are the models most hotel projects specify as bed bases, because they pack to 0.08 m³ and ship flat. The L floating series goes in where housekeeping needs the floor clear. If a project already holds frames, slat bases can be ordered on their own.

Yes. We hold your specification on file and build to the same drawing and finish each time, so room 200 matches room 1. For phased roll-outs we recommend confirming the spec once, then referencing it on every purchase order.

The bases are bolted carbon steel and every joint is torque-checked during assembly. A creaking bed is a maintenance ticket, so we treat silence as a build requirement.

The L floating series uses a concealed-leg base that leaves the floor clear, so housekeeping can mop without moving the bed. For fixed-site needs the CZ2 knock-down series ships flat and assembles on the floor.

Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit and drawing sign-off, with 30–45 days for peak-season or custom finishes. Tell us your installation window and we plan production and container booking to it.
