Mechanisms, not just frames
We also build the hardware inside the bed.
Beyond complete frames, HJF Metal supplies the wall bed (Murphy bed) mechanisms that make a folding bed safe to use — gas-spring lift systems, pivot and hinge hardware, locking and safety catches, and the steel frames they mount to. Engineered in the same Longgang plant, with the same in-house welding and powder coating, and tested to EN 1129 (the European safety standard for wall beds).
Gas-spring lift systems
Balanced piston hardware for vertical and horizontal wall beds.
Pivot & hinge hardware
The rotation points a folding bed turns on — built to tolerance.
Locking & safety
Latches and safety catches that hold the bed closed and open.
Tell us the spec. We will send the numbers.
Send a model, a size and a quantity, or just a drawing. You will get carton dimensions, packed volume, gross weight and a lead time.
