One more slat, same container
The CZ2 1800×2000 carries 13 slats instead of 12 and a 280 mm wide bundle instead of 275 mm. Both changes are small enough that the container maths does not care. A 40HQ still takes about 870 sets, the same as the CZ1 at either width.
What the extra weight buys is a reinforced frame around the joints. That reinforcement is why this series is specified for contract furniture and staff accommodation, where beds get taken apart and put back together as properties are refitted.
Plan for mixed loading at this size. The 1800 and 1500 bundles differ by 5 mm, so a project can take king for suites and double for the remaining rooms in one 40HQ under the standard mixed-load policy. Neither size pays for the other's space.
Gross weight is 26.50 kg here, up from 22.50 kg at 1500×2000. Slat gap stays at 50 mm and bed height at 250 mm. The slat count does not change across sizes, which keeps the specification simple if you stock both.
