What the wider size costs you in freight
Nothing. The CZ1 1800×2000 ships in the same 1935 × 275 × 135 mm carton as the 1500×2000. Widening the mattress by 300 mm changes the frame and the gross weight, but the bundle stays 275 mm across, so the container count does not move. A 40HQ takes about 870 sets of either size.
That matters when you are quoting a hotel or a staff housing project. The 1800 size carries a higher unit price, and that premium stays in the margin because you are not buying extra container space to deliver it.
The 1800×2000 is the EU king size, one step above the 1500 double. Both sit in the same 275 mm bundle, so the container advantage holds whichever way a project splits its order. Under the mixed-load policy you can ship king for suites and double for standard rooms in one 40HQ, and no slot goes to waste either way.
Gross weight rises from 20.00 kg to 25.00 kg per set. The frame keeps 12 slats at a 50 mm gap at every mattress size, and reassembly stays bolted with a tool set in the carton.
