Lighting, D-tube, and the longest carton in the range
The L series is the only frame here with an integrated motion-sensor LED strip, and it uses a D-tube section rather than square tube. Both choices add material, which is why it is the heaviest frame at 1800 mm: 47.20 kg gross against 43.02 kg for the JL at the same mattress size.
The carton runs 2080 mm long, the longest in the catalogue, and 950 mm wide at this size. A 40HQ takes about 320 sets, down from about 400 at 1500×2000. That is a 20 percent drop, the largest step between the two widths anywhere in the range.
Mixed loading softens that. Different models and sizes can share one container under the standard policy, so a project can pair the L 1800 for suites with CZ2 stock for standard rooms and bring the average freight per set back down.
For a boutique hotel or a serviced apartment where under-bed lighting is written into the specification, this is the frame that delivers it. Where the budget is set on landed cost per unit, the CZ series lands far cheaper.
